Posizione Stiamo cercando un* Talent Acquisition Specialist freelance con comprovata esperienza nel recruiting di profili tecnici e altamente specializzati, preferibilmente nel settore Life Science. L'inserimento è previsto per Gennaio 2026. Cosa farai Ricerca attiva e mappatura candidati per profili tecnici e specialistici in ambiti quali : Quality Assurance, Validation, Engineering, HSE, Manufacturing, Project Management. Pubblicazione degli annunci e gestione dei canali di recruiting. Screening CV, conduzione colloqui conoscitivi e di approfondimento tecnico. Presentazione dei profili ai referenti interni e supporto nella definizione del processo di selezione. Collaborazione costante con l’HR Manager e i Team Leader operativi. Requisiti Laurea (preferibilmente in discipline umanistiche, psicologiche o affini). 3+ anni di esperienza nel recruiting, meglio se in società di consulenza o in contesti Life Science / tecnico-ingegneristici. Partita IVA attiva. Ottima capacità di gestione autonoma del processo di selezione. Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese. Cosa offriamo Collaborazione in P.IVA, compenso mensile fisso + parte variabile al raggiungimento degli obiettivi.
