Treviso)Ruolo di visibilità strategica tecnica a livello globale.Requirements and skills : La risorsa a riporto diretto del Group R&D Manager assumerà un ruolo fondamentale nello sviluppo delle componenti elettroniche dei prodotti aziendali, seguendo l’intero ciclo di vita del prodotto, dall’ideazione, industrializzazione fino alla messa in produzione.Sarà autonomo nella definizione delle specifiche tecniche dei nuovi prodotti collaborando con le diverse funzioni aziendali nazionali ed internazionali (HQ + Cina), verifica la fattibilità tecnica e realizzativa / produttiva delle soluzioni proposte; collabora strettamente con studi esterni, colleghi delle altre company sisters per lo sviluppo di soluzioni in ambito domotica, sensoristica per le varie fasi di ricerca e sviluppo, progettazione, prototipazione, industrializzazione fino al collaudoSarà garante del rispetto dei requisiti tecnici funzionali, qualitativi e certificativi, nonché degli obiettivi di timing e costing di ogni singolo progetto.Si richiede : Diploma o Laurea in Elettronica, Elettrotecnica o discipline affiniPregressa esperienza in ambito tecnico progettuale nel mondo dell’elettronicaBuona conoscenza della lingua ingleseDisponibilità a saltuarie trasferte finalizzate a fiere, eventi, meeting tecnici presso i plant del gruppo (Italia e Cina) e presso partner terziOttime capacità relazionali e comunicative, orientamento agli obiettivi, capacità di analisi e problem solvingSede di lavoro : HQ in provincia di Pordenone (confine prov.
