Responsabilità Guidare le operazioni quotidiane con standard elevati e accordi chiari Creare un contesto di lavoro basato su fiducia, responsabilità e comunicazione impeccabile Coordinare il team favorendo autonomia, maturità e ownership Garantire un’esperienza ospite coerente con i valori del centro Gestire budget e performance con disciplina e trasparenza Collaborare allo sviluppo strategico del progetto e del brand Chi stiamo cercando Una persona che : abbia esperienza reale in ruoli di leadership (GM, Direzione, Operations) sappia distinguere tra colpa e responsabilità sia capace di stare nelle conversazioni difficili con rispetto e chiarezza unisca risultati, umanità e consapevolezza senta che il lavoro può essere un atto di significato, non solo di efficienza Esperienza in hospitality, retreat center o progetti affini è un plus. Italiano e inglese fluenti.
