Based in Italy, and truthful to its DNA, KIKO MILANO takes advantage of combining trustworthy quality, creativity and stunning aesthetics Your role at KIKO MILANO We are looking for a Global Network Senior Specialist to join KIKO MILANO’s Global IT Team, within the Operations & Security area, reporting to the Head of Technology Operations & Security. Such talent will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all networking activities across the company’s retail and office locations, both in Italy and internationally. The role ensures operational excellence of the corporate network infrastructure, covering WAN, LAN, WLAN, and Internet connectivity, through effective supplier management, project coordination, and continuous improvement initiatives. In particular, you will: Lead and supervise network service providers, ensuring service quality and compliance with SLAs for incident resolution, change requests, and network operations. Coordinate the implementation and activation of network components (Internet connectivity, Cisco equipment, subnets, VPNs, Wi‑Fi, etc.) for new store openings, relocations, refits and office setups. Partner with the Procurement team to manage supplier contracts, including tenders, renewals, and cost optimization initiatives for network and connectivity services. Oversee network performance and monitoring activities in collaboration with vendors, identifying areas for improvement, capacity planning, and modernization opportunities. Work closely with the Workplace team to align network provisioning with store and office lifecycle processes, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of infrastructure. Maintain accurate and up-to-date network documentation, standards, and procedures, ensuring operational consistency and compliance across all locations. What you will need to succeed Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 3–5 years of experience in Network Coordination, Network Engineering, or IT Infrastructure roles within complex or multinational environments. Strong knowledge of networking technologies and protocols (LAN, WAN, WLAN, VPN, routing, switching). Hands‑on experience with Cisco Meraki environments and network monitoring tools. Proven ability to coordinate external vendors and manage multi‑country infrastructure projects. Familiarity with IT procurement processes and contract lifecycle management. Previous experience in the retail industry or distributed multi‑site organizations is highly desirable. Cisco certifications (CCNA, CCNP) or equivalent is nice to have Knowledge of SD‑WAN or cloud‑based networking solutions. Fluent in English (written and spoken). Within your role you will be responsible for overseeing the development of new food supplements within a different area of treatment and geographies. You will work together with a wide range of both internal and external stakeholders to ensure that each project meets its goals and deadlines. You are part of our Global Innovation team, working to support and expand our brands by bringing new marketing concepts to life. You will mainly work on Global Innovation Projects (New Products, Product Improvements) initiated / driven by Global marketing teams. The ideal candidate is ambitious and has a background in health science. You have excellent communication skills. RESPONSABILITIES She/he Will work in close collaboration with marketing teams to define and finetune final project briefing and discuss and align on required changes as part of the R&D work. May also be involved in Life Cycle Management Projects. Will formulate and produce food supplements in the laboratory on a small scale. Perform technological tests on prototypes and evaluates compatibility with the packaging. Will produce samples for clinical and / or efficacy studies and monitor progress and for stability tests. Will be the interface with both internal and external CMOs – strong involvement in upscaling from lab scale to pilot / industrial scale. Provide technical support to new product introduction and product transfers. Will draw up technical data sheet where describe all the characteristics of the product. Will work in close collaboration with medical team for set up of R&D clinical trials and review and analysis of existing data. Reviewing specific test protocols (clinical trials, home‑use tests, safety tests) to determine if they meet the required scientific standards. Reviewing external business proposals and prepare internal recommendations for further discussion and alignment with Global Head of Innovation and BD. Will manage projects from beginning to end and ensuring that all details are taken care of. PROFILE Master’s Degree or equivalent in Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Technology, Chemistry or Pharmacy or other scientific discipline. Post graduate qualification in a science discipline or work related to the position would be an advantage. Professional English proficiency required. Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role within Consumer Healthcare Business, preferably in an international environment. Ideally, the successful candidate will have chemical, manufacturing and control background in any dosage form with experience/knowledge in powder characterization, manufacturing and testing. Experience of working in a diverse, multi‑cultural environment.
