As a Commis de Rang at Zuma, you’ll support the pass and service team, ensuring every dish is delivered with professionalism and every guest feels cared for. Be a key player in delivering Zuma's exceptional dining experience Zuma is a contemporary Japanese restaurant collection, inspired by the dynamic Izakaya dining style. This role will be based in Zuma Rome. Located in the iconic Palazzo Fendi, with a stunning restaurant and beautiful roof terrace overlooking the “eternal city”, this restaurant is an essential experience in Rome.
