LocationEMEA HubDepartment : LogisticsReports to : Warehouse Operations ManagerResponsibilitiesManage daily shipments and delivery preparations across the EMEA region.Coordinate with external logistics partners to guarantee seamless operations.Oversee customs clearance for non‑EU shipments.Create and manage deliveries in SAP, ensuring data accuracy and operational excellence.Collaborate with cross‑functional EMEA teams to maintain client SLAs.Monitor and evaluate transport providers to ensure high service quality.Analyze courier options to select the most efficient and cost‑effective solutions.Partner with the Planning team to align on shipment volumes and provide proactive feedback.Lead the annual RFQ process for transport supplier selection.Verify courier invoices and resolve any discrepancies.Success Looks LikeSupport Supply Chain projects through data‑driven analysis and reporting.Provide actionable insights that improve logistics performance.Identify and implement process and system enhancements that boost efficiency and reliability.QualificationsFluency in English and Italian (written and spoken).Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel.Proven ability to lead projects and work effectively with cross‑functional teams.Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.Background in logistics, accounting, or socio‑economics, and / or relevant certifications are a plus.As part of our values, we embrace diversity and inclusion at Ingenico.
