OverviewJoin Burger King Restaurants Italia, part of QSRP (Quick Service Restaurant Platform). We partner with brands across 9 key countries to deliver diverse dining experiences and are looking for a Jr Digital Marketing Specialist to join the Digital team within the Marketing Department. As a Jr Digital Specialist, you will support CRM and e-commerce initiatives, manage loyalty programs, optimize online sales channels, and leverage customer data to enhance the digital experience. You will help improve e-commerce performance, assist in digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, and email, and analyze performance data to guide strategic decisions, ensuring a seamless customer journey across all digital touchpoints. ResponsibilitiesCRM & Loyalty Initiatives:Assist in developing and executing customer loyalty programs and CRM campaigns to increase engagement, retention, and customer lifetime value (LTV). Customer Service & Feedback Management:Monitor and respond to customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints as the first point of contact. Strategy Implementation Support:Support strategies to boost customer satisfaction and loyalty under the Digital Manager's guidance. CRM Data Management & Analysis:Maintain CRM data accuracy; support data analysis and reporting with insights for marketing and sales teams. Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work with marketing, sales, operations, franchising, and controlling to align CRM initiatives with business goals and ensure a seamless customer journey. CRM System Operations:Provide day-to-day CRM operations support (e.g., Salesforce), including campaign setup, reporting, and user training. E-commerce Management:Oversee daily operations of the e-commerce platform and app, including product catalog updates, content accuracy, and user experience optimization; assist in managing order flows and returns coordination. Data Analysis:Analyze performance data, define KPIs, and use insights to optimize strategies and report on business growth. Agency Coordination:Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to achieve business objectives. Qualifications2–3 years of experiencein CRM, digital marketing, or customer engagement roles, ideally within retail, or QSR - Restaurant sectors. Experience in Customer Insights & Behavioral Analysis:Ability to interpret customer data to understand purchase behaviors and loyalty patterns. Experience in Performance & Sales Optimization:Skilled in using data analytics and CRM tools to drive retention, campaign effectiveness, and revenue growth.
