Through our solar division, we operate in the development, investment, construction and operation of photovoltaic plants and the supply of green electricity and advanced energy solutions for our customers in Europe (Italy, Spain, Germany and Poland).JOB DESCRIPTIONAs Grid Connection Project Manager your missions will be:Electrical Studies Management:Lead the MV/HV engineering of grid connections for each project.Ensure compliance with Grid Code and technical standards.Define the metering solution complying with the DSO/TSO regulation.DSO/TSO Management:Develop and build relationships with DSO/TSO and negotiate the best interconnection conditions.Obtain the commissioning permits from the DSO/TSO, incl. final grid connectionConstruction Support:Review pre-construction project packages to ensure all TSO/DSO technical and contractual requirements are met.Support the construction team during construction of PV plants and interconnection facilities and during the commissioning of both in all the grid connection, MV & HV related issues.Report all required information for the good course of the project from discussions / exchanges with the TSO / DSO.Engineering Support:Provide technical support to the Engineering team on the MV electrical package of PV plants.Produce or review selectivity studies of protections and MV cable sizing.Technical Support Purchase Department:Offer technical support for the procurement of MV/HV equipment.Create technical specifications and electrical designs for transformers and delivery stations in PV plants.Provide technical support to the purchase department for selecting integrators.Participate in FAT and commissioning of PV plants.Technical Support Development Department:Support the Development Project Manager, during the technical meetings with TSO/DSO.Technical Due Diligence of potential M&A Projects (grid connection analysis).Evaluation of opportunity/risk on several scenarios.PERFIL REQUIREDExperience: A minimum experience of 5 years in the management of grid connection processes for renewable energy projects, or in a Italian grid operator company is a prerequisite.You shall demonstrate the following skills :High knowledge of the Italian Grid Code / Expert in Italian Grid RegulationUsual MS Office softwareGrid Connection process expertAutonomous, challenging spiritStrong and diplomatic relationship with institutional partnersSense of synthesis and pragmaticEnglish fluentThis position can be located in Milan or RomeWHAT WE OFFERGroup discretionary bonusMeal vouchers 8€ per working dayAdditional Heal insurance 100% paid by the companyHome office: 2 days/week from the end of the probationary periodJoining AXPO Solar is also…Collaborate with the best experts: You will join Urbasolar’s teams with more than 500 passionate people, sharing values of team spirit, innovative and entrepreneurial mindset, experts in their field and willing to collaborate to reach our common goal: contributing to the development of solar energy.The strength of an International Group: With the help of The AXPO group (6000 employees worldwide), international leader in energy trading and marketing of solar and wind energy.
