Our mission is to help farmers grow more efficiently and sustainably, contributing to global food security.The PositionWe are seeking an experienced Formulation Scientist to temporarily join our Research team and support the development and optimization of innovative agrochemical formulations. The successful candidate will work independently on formulation projects while collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality products.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and optimize agrochemical formulations (e.g., SC, EC, WG, OD).Plan and execute formulation experiments to meet product performance targets.Conduct comprehensive physical and chemical stability studies.Analyze formulation performance data and provide technical recommendations.Troubleshoot formulation issues and implement solutions.Prepare technical reports, presentations, and documentation.Collaborate with regulatory, analytical, and production teams.Scale up formulations from laboratory to pilot/manufacturing scale.Ensure compliance with GLP, safety, and environmental regulations.Mentor and provide guidance to formulation technicians.Required QualificationsBachelor's, Master’s, or PhD degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biology, Biotechnologies, or a related field.Minimum 1‑2 years of experience in formulation development (agrochemical industry preferred).Strong knowledge of formulation principles, surfactants, and adjuvants.Experience with various formulation types (suspensions, emulsions, granules, etc.).Proficiency in analytical techniques and data interpretation.Excellent problem‑solving and experimental design skills.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis software.CompetenciesScientific rigor and innovationProject managementCross‑functional collaborationTechnical leadershipResults‑oriented approachAdaptability and flexibilityWhat We OfferA unique opportunity to contribute to innovative projects in a stimulating and collaborative environment.
