Together, we’re working at the pace of change to improve patient lives with diagnostic tools that address the world’s biggest health challenges.We are currently looking for a Field Service Engineer - Lazio & Umbria (located in Viterbo area/ North Lazio), who will have the possibility to conduct service, repair and/or installation of products or IT solutions at customer site, including electrical and mechanical testing, in accordance with maintenance contracts. Diagnostics system failures and determines most cost-effective solution. Escalates complex issues to greater level of technical support or quality reporting system. May develop new customer service/product agreements. Responds to customer support calls within an assigned territory. In addition, He/She will demonstrate the ability to utilize critical thinking and analysis to make decisions, solve problems and implement solutions. He/She's able to communicate and to listen honesty and to create empathy with the customer, colleagues and collaborators.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide Technical Customer support, on-site assistance to our customers.Escalates complex issues to greater level of technical supportResponds to customer support calls within an assigned territory.Key RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Engineering is preferable or Biotech/Technical/Electronic Secondary School Diploma, proficient English is mandatoryOpen to travel, (driving license is mandatory)Good communication and interpersonal skills both in English and in ItalianAble to work autonomously, being a team player as wellYou will be part of a dynamic team in which there is a high focus on delivering results and continuous improvement, but also where having fun and teamwork is very important.
