ServiceNow Business Analyst

Job Description The Business Analyst works with key project stakeholders to capture business and user requirements. The BA also works with the Development Team to ensure requirements are understood developed tested and delivered to specification. Job Responsibilities Work within the clients internal governance team supporting them with strong functional and technical knowledge of the ServiceNow platform Form a partnership with the client business teams to deeply understand their business Collect review analyze and manage business user and system requirements from client stakeholders to create clear concise and correct user stories Bridge the gap between business and technology ensuring common understanding and alignment of business / technology including functional and non‑functional requirements (quality attributes scalability interfaces constraints etc.) Create refine and maintain functional requirements / user stories / use cases and associated deliverables – process flows test cases etc. to meet development and stakeholder needs Works with Development Team to facilitate story estimation Supports Development Team in understanding business and test requirements Works together with Technical Lead to translate technical complexities to project stakeholders ensuring understanding of design decision Assists in the creation of technical documentation and facilitates the Knowledge Mgmt. process. Qualifications Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Consultant in ServiceNow projects Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and module and ITIL framework Ability to translate business requirements into clear and actionable specifications. Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail ServiceNow certifications are a strong plus Fluent in English and Italian (written and spoken) 3 years of Business Analysis experience Solid presentation facilitation interview and workshop skills The ability to work on multiple projects at the same time and under tight deadlines The ability to navigate ambiguity overcome confusion and simplify complex situation Proficiency in capturing and documenting business requirements functional specifications test scenarios / scripts data models and business procedures Strong process flow and diagramming skills (Visio / Miro / eDraw / applications).
