Junior Consultant Strategic Advisory

Overview Junior Consultant - Strategic Advisory & Corporate Finance at Prometeia, Turbigo, Lombardy, ITALY. The role is part of the Strategic Advisory & Corporate Finance team, serving financial intermediaries operating in the national territory with projects in strategic business planning, M&A advisory, and transformation management.

Responsibilities

Analysis of the operating contexts of client companies: historical performance, main trends of their operating sector, and evolution of their core business Support in the realization of economic‑financial and patrimonial projections Support in identifying the most appropriate KPIs for monitoring business performance Support in assessing the economic value of banking and industrial operators, business units, and portfolios in extraordinary transactions Drafting of functional documents for commercial development and expert opinions as an independent third party Preparation of estimation models and quantitative analyses on economic, financial and equity aspects Use of software / data provider platforms to support the preparation of evaluation analyses Strategic opportunities: definition of corporate strategies and preparation of industrial plans M&A advisory: advisory in all phases of an extraordinary financial operation, from market scouting to asset/company evaluation and from operational support in the M&A process to negotiation support to end deals Transformation management: redesign of organizational and operational models, program management for transformation operations, evaluation of sourcing solutions Education and Experience Currently pursuing or recently completed a Master’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Management, Management Engineering, or related fields Knowledge of local banking and financial sector (distinctive evaluation element) Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint Fluent in Italian and English; knowledge of another language is a plus Soft Skills Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure Effective communication and interpersonal abilities Team player with a proactive and curious mindset High level of integrity, commitment, and motivation to learn Compensation, Welfare & Benefit Our history, as well as our future, is based on the value of our people.
