Job Title: Senior Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Operations Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects, ensuring alignment with time, cost, quality, and safety targets.

The successful candidate will assist in daily project operations and coordination activities, helping to meet both contractual and internal objectives. Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting in planning and monitoring project activities and timelines;
  • Supporting in preparing and updating project documentation in line with company standards;
  • Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders (e.g., contractors, suppliers);
  • Helping track project progress, identifying delays or issues and suggesting corrective actions;
  • Participating in coordination meetings; and
  • Contributing to the implementation of HSE and quality standards across all project phases.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and have previous experience in the Oil & Gas sector and in EPC projects. A minimum of 3/4 years of experience as a project manager is required, along with good organizational and communication skills. Fluency in English is essential, with French being an added advantage. The successful candidate must be available to travel within the EU and extra-EU regions.
