Commercial Acumen: You possess a strong business sense and understand how product metrics translate into commercial success. Deep Curiosity & Skepticism: You have a relentless attention to detail, are a naturally proactive learner, and always approach data with a critical eye, never taking results at face value. Remote Work Mastery: Proven ability to thrive in a remote-first setting with excellent self-management and organizational practices. Interest in Mental Health: A genuine interest in the mental health space and a passion for using data to ensure both patients and therapists have an exceptional, needs-meeting experience. Not everyone checks every box, and that’s okay. If this role inspires you and you’re passionate about making an impact in our mission, we’d love to hear from you.
