Measure performance against WHS policies, analyze metrics, and conduct site audits to address non-compliance issues.Strategic Partnership & Influence – Build partnerships with Operations leadership to integrate safety into every aspect of our business. Use compelling data analysis and risk insights to influence positive change and drive strategic decision‑making. Establish yourself as a trusted advisor who balances safety excellence with operational demands. The base pay for this position ranges from $84,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $155,500/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
