Your new roleThe Tender Specialist works closely with his / her manager and colleagues preparing administrative technical and economic documentation both for public and private tenders for the Italian market. What youll be doingPrepare tenders (paper and telematic) contractual documents and related reports Efficiently drive and coordinate tender process preparation submission and follow‑up processes with stakeholders. Assess tender requirements and documents to ensure compliance with policies and applicable laws Liaise with internal staff and external stakeholders to ensure zero mistakes in tender preparation and submission Review tender & contract documentation Set Terms&Conditions as necessary and allowed in the tender process Ensure common tendering practices are adopted throughout the business Maintain the tender and response document folders maintaining updating and monitoring records on ongoing outstanding won and lost tenders General administration duties What youll need to succeedSmart and learning mindset Previous working experience in tenders management within Italian firm would be ideal Precise reliable time‑sensitive approach detail and quality‑oriented Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and concisely both orally and in writing Self‑confident and flexible team player Master basic IT systems and tools Strong knowledge of MS Office applications (Word Excel PowerPoint. .. ) Ability to meet tight deadlines prioritize and multitask in a project‑driven and pressurized structured environment.
