Questo ruolo richiede forti competenze relazionali, di organizzazione e comunicazione, nonché una profonda comprensione del settore della gioielleria.Corrispondi a questo profilo?Laurea in Ingegneria, Economia o affini.Esperienza pregressa di 2-4 anni nella gestione di progetti nel settore della gioielleria o simili, con focus sulla parte di Sviluppo Prodotto.Conoscenza base di sistemi PLM, Microsoft Office Suite, in particolare ExcelConoscenza dei software di gestione dei progetti (ad esempio, Microsoft Project, Asana).Certificazione PMP (Project Management Professional) o equivalente è da considerarsi un plus.Ottima conoscenza dell'italiano e dell'inglese.Eccellenti capacità di organizzazione, comunicazione e problem-solving.Capacità di lavorare in team, attenzione ai dettagli, proattività e flessibilità.Forte senso di responsabilità e approccio etico al lavoro.Responsabilità principali :Coordinamento di tutte le fasi di Sviluppo Prodotto : Pianificazione del concept (es. definizione obiettivi, cronogrammi, budget etc.), esecuzione del progetto (es. monitoraggio dell'avanzamento del progetto, gestione del budget e coordinamento con stakeholder e fornitori) e delivery. Apportare miglioramenti ai processi esistenti, proponendo soluzioni per efficienza e qualità, anche attraverso feedback dal mercato e learn by doing.Coordinamento e gestione delle risorse :Supporto alle attività di Controllo Qualità :#J-18808-Ljbffr
