The aim is to continue scaling InPost in the Italian market in a similarly rapid trajectory to that of Integer's Polish home market. We're looking for people with drive and curiosity, who will join us in re-writing the norm Everything you are looking for and more Responsibilities Collaborate to plan and execution the B2B marketing strategy for merchants and network expansion in Italy Assist developing co-marketing campaigns with sales to improve InPost's positioning in Italian checkouts Support the creation of sales and marketing collateral, including presentations and brochures Conduct market analysis and segmentation to personalize actions according to profile (merchants vs. network points) Measure and optimize KPIs of the investment made in B2B Coordinate with internal teams (sales, network, digital marketing) to ensure activities are aligned with business objectives Assist in organizing B2B events, webinars, and trade shows Collaborate with external partners, agencies, and vendors when needed Qualifications 2–4 years of experience in B2B marketing or a related field Previous experience in e-commerce, logistics, technology, or sectors with a commercial and partnership focus. Experience working directly with sales teams Knowledge of the Italian market and sensitivity to adapt messages and actions locally. Experience assisting co-marketing and B2B acquisition campaigns. Analytical profile: ability to build dashboards, track KPIs, and extract actionable insights.
