Overview Join to apply for the Spa Therapist and Beautician Freelance role at Four Seasons Hotel Milano . We are seeking talented Spa Therapist and Beautician Freelances to join our iconic hotel in Milan, Italy. This role reports to the Spa Manager and involves providing spa treatments to guests, describing the Spa Treatment Menu, making recommendations for treatments and home care products, and ensuring treatment rooms are well-stocked, cleaned, and sanitized between guests. What You Will Do This role reports to the Spa Manager and will be responsible for providing spa treatments to guests of the Spa; ensuring all guests experience pure peace and relaxation, describing our Spa Treatment Menu and making recommendations to guests for treatments and home care products, ensuring treatment rooms are well-stocked and thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after treatments, responding to a wide variety of guest requests, adding personal recommendations and ensuring guests receive the highest levels of service excellence. What You Bring Our ideal Spa Therapist candidate will have experience in a luxury spa and fitness environment, knowledge of spa, wellness and holistic modalities, and have an Italian qualification (Diploma di Estetica or Diploma di Massofisioterapia) or an international Spa Therapist qualification. We are looking for a special individual who shares our passion for excellence and who delights in curating special experiences and memories for our guests. Schedule & Hours This position is based at Four Seasons Milan. You must possess the legal right to work in Italy and have fluency in English and Italian. Please note that only candidates who have a VAT registration number will be considered for the role. Location Iconic elegance in Milan’s Fashion District. Four Seasons Hotel Milano is a 15th-century convent turned sophisticated garden retreat, offering a luxe spa experience in the city center.
