You will use your insights and linguistic expertise to evaluate search results, ensuring the search engine provides the best, most relevant user experience possible. Project Details Location: Remote Hours: Flexible: Minimum 10, up to 20 hours per week Pay Rate: Up to 12.00 $ (Gross per hour; variable based on task complexity) Your Impact and Flexibility Be a Key Decision-Maker: Your evaluations will directly train the AI behind major search engines, setting the standard for online information retrieval. What You Will Do Once familiar with our project guidelines, your main task is to dive into analyzing search results and applying precise ratings. Analyze, review, and evaluate live search results based on specific, complex project guidelines. Ensure results are accurate, relevant, and meet the high standards expected by millions of users. Provide detailed feedback that enhances the user experience and drives long-term AI model improvement. Essential Requirements We are looking for self-motivated individuals with strong linguistic and cultural expertise: Location: You must be physically located in Italy and possess a PIVA number and Codice Fiscale for required onboarding purposes. Language Skills: Fully Proficient in Italian (Italy) and possess a strong understanding of English (for instructions). Cultural Knowledge: Strong, current understanding of popular culture, media, and current events in Italy . Web Savvy: Excellent online research skills and comfort working in a dynamic digital environment. Commitment: Must be dedicated exclusively to this "Search Quality rating program" and must NOT have current or previous experience with other search or ads quality rating programs. Important Note: Before commencing work, you must successfully pass a language proficiency test, complete a learning program, and pass a rigorous quality test developed by our client.
