Ciao NetworkSono alla ricerca di un Engineering Manager da inserire presso un nostro cliente finale Scale-up fintech internazionale con HQ a Milano, in forte crescita, con milioni di utenti attivi in Europa.Ruolo ricercato :Engineering Manager, responsabile dello sviluppo e dell’evoluzione delle applicazioni mobile, delle piattaforme web, dei flussi di checkout e delle integrazioni rivolte agli utenti finali che hanno un impatto diretto su milioni di clienti in tutti i mercati del cliente. Guidare e fare da mentor a un team cross-funzionale di 12-16 ingegneri specializzati in mobile (iOS / Android), frontend web e full-stack. Team internazionale.Esperienza di Leadership :5+ anni di esperienza nella gestione di team di ingegneria su applicazioni consumer-facingSuccesso dimostrato nella costruzione e nello scaling di team di ingegneria (5+ riporti diretti)Esperienza nella gestione di team di sviluppo mobile (iOS / Android, React.native, Flutter) e frontend web (React.js / Vue.js) / full stack / typescriptEsperienza nello sviluppo di applicazioni mobile e web rivolte ai clienti, con la capacità di fornire linee guida tecniche al teamAncora operativo dal punto di vista tecnico e disposto a intervenire direttamente sul codice quando necessario (in particolare per supportare attività di troubleshooting complesse e fornire guida tecnica)Solida esperienza in hiring, performance management e sviluppo dei teamBackground Tecnico :7+ anni di esperienza nello sviluppo software con focus su full-stack o frontendConoscenza approfondita del ciclo di vita di sviluppo delle app mobile e dei processi di app storeEsperienza con moderne tecnologie web (React / Vue, TypeScript, architettura a microservizi)Esperienza con A / B test e roll‑out di nuove featureConoscenza preferenziale di sistemi di pagamento, piattaforme e-commerce o applicazioni fintechDettagli dell'opportunita :Contratto commercio, in assunzione, full-time con presenza ibrida in sede su Milano di 3 giorni su 5RAL in base alla seniority dai 80.000 / 110.000 euro + bonus + buoni pastoLingua richiesta : Fluente in Inglese e Italiano a livello professionaleIter di selezione : invio cv- intervista in Inglese - prova pratica / discussione in Inglese- ultimo passaggio con il CEO#J-18808-Ljbffr
