As a result of this growth, we are looking for a talented Junior Operations Assistant, to join our Sales team based in our Milan office.The role The Sales Operations Assistant role will cover a wide range of admin tasks, liaising with multiple departments within the company and providing support to the Regional Country Manager. The role will: support the Regional Country Manager with a number of admin tasks assist with the creation of PowerPoint presentations work on different Excel reports, using pivot tables and analysing Sales data ensure all relevant documentation has been received/presented to customers, check legal documents interact with the Sales department and support with back office activities managing the relationship with different BU (Legal, Finance, Delivery) take charge of sales queries and requests (commercial negotiations, payment discounts or extensions etc.) Who are we?
