Your Mission Lead the management, monitoring, and improvement of existing and new enterprise resource planning (ERP) and IT processes, such as change management, release management, and incident management. How will you make an impact? Lead the management, monitoring, and enhancement of enterprise resource planning (ERP) and IT processes, including change management, release management, and incident management. Oversee and deliver comprehensive digital programs and initiatives, utilizing agile and design-thinking methodologies to ensure sustainable implementation. Document current (“as is”) and future (“to be”) processes, detailing the necessary changes to transition to the “to be” state, ensuring accurate recording of required modifications. Gather business requirements through various methods such as interviews, document analysis, workshops, and workflow analysis, articulating these requirements in terms of target user roles and objectives. Develop and execute projects or workstreams within change management initiatives, with guidance from senior colleagues. Plan and manage small projects or workstreams using appropriate project management methodologies to ensure intended outcomes are achieved. Design and conduct tests for websites / applications software, and respond to user emails to monitor, diagnose, and resolve performance issues. Implement development plans for new products or services, managing project schedules, identifying risks, and communicating with project stakeholders. Administer budgets for specific areas of the organization or perform complex budget analyses to track progress and suggest improvements. Conduct detailed cost analyses for significant business segments to identify variances, recommend efficiencies, and enhance profitability. Enhance personal capabilities through participation in assessment and development planning activities, formal and informal training, and coaching; pursue or maintain external professional accreditation where relevant to improve performance and achieve personal potential. Maintain a thorough understanding of technology, external regulations, and industry best practices through continuous education, attending conferences, and reading specialist media.
