You’ll rotate across departments, work on real projects in network operations and infrastructure, and gain hands‑on experience that builds the foundation for your career in IT and telecommunications.What You Can ExpectTraining & Development: gain skills in Project Management and Communication after six months, and benefit from continuous learning through our Digital PayTech University.Career Path: start with a permanent contract from day one, experience two rotations across departments during the 12‑month program, and transition into a landing role in your final department.Technical Exposure: work hands‑on with infrastructure, connectivity, and system reliability.Who We're Looking ForYou have graduated within the past 12 months or are expected to graduate by June 2026 with a master’s degree in Engineering, STEM, Telecommunications, or a related field , and are available to work full‑time.You have internship experience in networking or IT operations.You’re fluent in English and Italian .You bring international experience, either through study, work abroad, or collaboration in a global environment.You enjoy working with systems and solving technical problems.You have the legal right to work in Italy (e.g., visa, residency).Diversity & BelongingWe are committed to building a diverse culture where talents from all walks of life feel they truly belong.
