Funzioni e Responsabilità L'impiegato dovrà gestire un team di venditori e assicurarsi che tutto sia in ordine nel negozio. Gestione delle operazioni commerciali. Controllo della distribuzione dei prodotti. Aiuto ai clienti. Il dipendente dovrà gestire le relazioni con i colleghi, garantendo un ambiente di lavoro collaborativo e rispettoso. Sarà inoltre responsabile della pianificazione e del controllo delle attività quotidiane. Richieste del Cliente: Precisa conoscenza delle leggi vigenti sul commercio. Capacità di lavorare in equipe. Comunicativa eccellente e buone abilità nell'affrontare la pressione. Fuori dal comune adattabilità e capacità di capire il cliente ed il suo bisogno specifico.
