You'll spend time on the Fulfillment Center floor, observing processes firsthand and connecting with associates to understand their daily challenges. One moment you might be brainstorming with your team about implementing a new robotics solution, the next you could be leading a workshop helping operations leaders adopt best practices. Your problem-solving skills come into play as you tackle real-time challenges, while your afternoons often involve collaborating with colleagues across Europe to share insights and align on network-wide improvements. We're a diverse group of problem-solvers and innovators who transform complex challenges into practical solutions. Our team balances technical expertise with a passion for continuous improvement, working to perfect every aspect of fulfillment operations. We collaborate closely with multiple teams across Amazon, from operations to robotics, ensuring our Fulfillment Centers operate at peak efficiency. If you're passionate about applying technology to real-world operations and working alongside some of the brightest minds in the industry, you'll find yourself right at home here.Basic QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain or a related fieldExperience in Engineering, Operations, Business Administration, or a related fieldExperience in manufacturing, process, or industrial engineeringExperience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilitiesExperience in technical supportExperience in technical support, or experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilitiesExperience in technical support, or experience in managing and troubleshooting network and experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilitiesExperience with Lean or Six Sigma analytical techniquesExperience in data analysisExperience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, import/export operations, or data entry/data administrationKnowledge of advanced English at CEFR level B2/C1Preferred QualificationsExperience in technical leadership for industrial engineering projects or programsKnowledge of Six Sigma tools, Lean techniques, PMP or similar standards preferredExperience with continuous improvement methods such as Kaizen, Lean, DMAIC, etc.Experience with strong project management skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environmentExperience leading cross-functional teams to establish strong partnerships with demonstrable resultsExperience in logisticsExperience leading process improvementsExperience leading across multiple localesExperience in operations management for a fulfillment or distribution centerKnowledge of advanced English at CEFR level B2/C1Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
