Position: Customer Support Representative (German Speaker)Location: Lisbon, PortugalStart Date: FlexibleEmployment Type: Full-time | Fixed-term contract (1 year)About the RoleWe are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Support Representative to join our support team for a leading streaming platform. In this role, you will be responsible for resolving customer queries via phone, email, and chat, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction. You will play a key part in shaping the customer experience and contributing to important performance indicators, including Customer Satisfaction (C‑SAT), Net Promoter Score (NPS), and adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).Key ResponsibilitiesProvide timely and effective customer support through multiple channelsDiagnose and resolve technical and account‑related issuesEnsure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering a positive experienceWork towards individual and team performance targetsRequirementsNative‑level German (minimum C1) and fluency in EnglishPrevious experience in customer support (preferably 12+ months in a contact center)Familiarity with BPO KPIs (C‑SAT, NPS, SLAs)Strong communication and problem‑solving skillsTechnical troubleshooting knowledge is a plusWhat We OfferCompetitive salary package: approx. €21,800 gross/yearFixed weekday schedule (Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM)Performance and language bonusesHealth and life insurance (includes family plan)Relocation bonus up to €2,500 for candidates moving from abroad, and €2,500 signing bonusSupport with local registration and accommodationInitial training provided and opportunities for career developmentHow to ApplyApply today to take the next step in your career.
