Our core values begin at the very top and span the broad reach of our global community.We offer dynamic careers for those individuals looking to be a part of something bigger and provide unequivocal opportunities for growth within the organization.PSA BDP serves over 5,000 customers, including some of the world's leading multinational companies within the chemical, retail & consumer, life sciences & pharmaceuticals, and electric vehicle & industrial verticals.ScopeThe ideal candidate will be responsible for accounting operations in all day‑to‑day activities and support the Finance Manager.ResponsibilitiesDay‑to‑day finance activitiesGeneral administrative tasks: contact with bank, customers, suppliers and all departmentsPrepare and maintain general ledger accounts and reportingReconcile bank statements, inter‑company statements and other financial accounts to ensure accuracySupport Finance Manager with month, quarter, year‑end closingMonitoring and planning cash flow requirementsGenerate a variety of financial reports, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statementsManaging preparation of all financial reports & balance sheetsPreparation of the budgetAnalysis of the budget versus actual resultsProcess optimizationMaintaining contact with auditors, tax specialists, banks and other finance related partiesSupport financial Manager in day‑to‑day operationsReplacing Finance Manager in case of absenceEnsure all matters consistent with Global & Company Policies and Laws managementQualificationsHigher Education; Accounting / Economics / Professional qualification>5 years experience as Senior Accountant or Finance ManagerKnowledge of different accounting software (Microsoft AX, Oracle Fusion, Qlik, etc.)Knowledge of business languages: English (mandatory)Seniority levelMid‑Senior levelEmployment typeFull‑timeJob functionAccounting / Auditing and FinanceIndustriesTransportation, Logistics, Supply Chain and Storage#J-18808-Ljbffr
