In this role you will manage the accounting activities of several holding entities of QSRP in Europe, ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance, and smooth collaboration with colleagues and external partners across multiple countries.Key responsibilitiesManage the monthly closing process, including accruals and journal entries, for assigned entitiesRecord inter‑company loans, interest and related transactionsPerform inter‑company reconciliations and ensure timely elimination of inter‑company balancesOversee payroll accounting in coordination with external fiduciary in SwitzerlandConduct analytical reviews of P&L and balance sheet accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policiesProvide oversight for Accounts Payable and Treasury activities performed by shared service teams for the entities in scopePartner with external fiduciaries in Luxembourg and Switzerland to ensure statutory and compliance requirements are metUpload and validate financial data from the local S4H accounting system into the Sigma consolidation toolSupport internal and external audits by preparing reconciliations, documentation and audit schedulesCollaborate closely with the Head of Accounting in Belgium and cross‑functional teams across EuropeWhat you bringBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related fieldMinimum 2 years of professional accounting experience, ideally within an international environmentFluency in English (written and spoken); French is a strong plusGood knowledge of Italian is a plusStrong knowledge of general ledger accounting, payroll processes and inter‑company transactionsBasic understanding of IFRS and its application to financial reportingBasic knowledge of ERP systems (S4H is a plus)As an individual you areAnalytical, a problem‑solver with strong analytical skillsAble to work independently and collaboratively with colleagues and external partners across bordersAccurate, reliable and detail‑orientedContribute to our mission of becoming the market leader in the QSR sectorPlenty of career growth opportunities across all our international headquartersCompany culture centered on learning and developmentFun initiatives focused on giving back to the communityFlexible and hybrid work model with modern office environmentsSustained environmental sustainability as a core principleCommitment to diversity, equity and inclusion, welcoming everyoneYearly bonus based on performanceResourcesQSRP websiteOur Company VideoOur LinkedIn pageO'TacosQuickBurger King Italy and Burger King BelgiumChopstixDunkin'Does this sound exciting?
