ROLE SUMMARY The International School of Milan (ISM) , part of the Inspired Education Group , is seeking an experienced and inspiring Head of Secondary to join the senior leadership team from August 2026 . This is a senior academic leadership role with responsibility for the strategic direction, day‑to‑day leadership and ongoing development of the Secondary School, encompassing the IB Middle Years Programme (MYP) and IB Diploma Programme (DP) . The successful candidate will be a highly effective educational leader with a strong understanding of international education and a proven ability to drive high standards of teaching, learning and student wellbeing within an IB World School context. Working closely with the Principal and wider leadership team, the Head of Secondary will play a pivotal role in shaping a cohesive, student‑centred secondary experience, aligned with the IB philosophy and the values and expectations of Inspired Education .
