As Customer Quality Engineer you will be the main Avio Aero Product Quality point of contact for an external Customer cluster. You will use your knowledge to understand the Customers contracts and requirements and you will also operate as operational support to make sure Customer's quality requirements are flowed down within the organization. Job Description Essential Responsibilities Guarantee Customer satisfaction through contracts knowledge and application Flowdown of Customer's requirements through the Avio Aero organization Execute robust Root Cause & Corrective Actions (RCCA) deployment Be the main point of contact for Quality escapes in customers' activities Support Customer visits / meetings and periodical visit at Customer's facility, if needed Apply the Return to Vendor (RTV) process Support the development and additional review of quality plans with Customer Communicate across the function in area of expertise Present to senior leaders both internally and to external Customers Qualifications / Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Engineering field Experience in Quality, Engineering, Program Management and / or Manufacturing field Ability to read and comprehend technical drawings Ability to handle different activities at the same time Proficiency in Italian and English, both written and oral Work Visa, in accordance with local regulation, is required Desired Characteristics Strong interpersonal and leadership skills Ability to communicate clearly and well with external Customers and internally in the Organization.
