Our team is passionate about using cutting-edge technologies to drive growth and create impactful digital products. We are looking for a talented Full Stack Developer with at least 3 years of experience to join our dynamic team.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, test, and maintain web applications using Liferay, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for the front end, Java with Spring Boot for the back end, and MongoDB for the database.Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications.Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.Debug and resolve technical issues, providing timely solutions.Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge with team members.Required SkillsKnowledge of Liferay, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.Strong understanding of Java, Servlets, Portlets, and Spring Boot for back‑end development.Familiarity with MongoDB for data management.Strong understanding of JavaScript and modern front‑end development practices.Familiarity with Apache ECharts, Elasticsearch, and Maven.Familiarity with version control systems.EducationDegree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).The ideal profile includes strong knowledge of the English language, excellent teamwork skills, the ability to propose new methodologies to improve the development process, meeting deadlines, strong learning skills, independence, and good customer relationship skills, even in stressful situations.BenefitsCareer opportunities in a fast‑growing company.Opportunity to work in an international, young, and dynamic environment.Corporate benefits (health insurance, welfare programs, meal vouchers, and employee discounts as part of the group).Permanent employment contract commensurate with the candidate’s experience.This position is open to applicants of any gender, in accordance with Legislative Decree 198/2006.
