Process Engineer

Process Engineer For our offices in Limena (PD) we are looking for a JUNIOR PROCESS ENGINEER in report to the Operations Manager with the following main responsibilities:Participates to new products industrialization in order to equip production process with all tools needed to guarantee expected output in terms of quality , efficiency and costs  Analyses and proposed improvement to existing processes, within Lean Production e Industry 4.0 programsSupports production center manager and OOE coordinator to develop and monitor continuous improvement projects with impact on production processParticipates to quality circle and contributes by mean of Problem solving tools (Root cause analysis, 5 why’s, etc.)  to definitive solutions for non-quality issues Supports Service Engineers and center managers in maintenance management, and in introduction of TPM It's required:Fluency in italian and english Degree in mechanical engineering or similarPlanning and organization skillsCommunication skillsContinuous improvement approachAbout us Oerlikon is a global innovation powerhouse for surface engineering, polymer processing and additive manufacturing in key industries such as aerospace, automotive, energy, tooling and textiles.
