Now it’s time to scale—and we’re building a team of top performers to make it happen.What you’ll doWork on both sell-side and buy-side M&A transactions, directly alongside the founding teamBe involved in all deal phases: origination, execution, closingBuild models, assess businesses, speak with entrepreneurs, advisors, funds, and banksSupport the ongoing development of our proprietary platform, collaborating with developers through structured feedback and product intuitionBring your energy and insight into a fast-moving environment where every voice countsWhat we’re looking for1–3 years of experience in M&A, corporate finance, investment banking or deal advisoryStrong analytical and modeling skillsEntrepreneurial mindset and a hunger to grow in a high-intensity environmentA tech-driven approach: you believe that technology can (and should) improve every processIndependence, critical thinking, and natural curiosityMaster’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or related fieldWhat we offerSalary range: €32K – €42K, depending on experiencePerformance-based bonus tied to deal activityFuture access to our ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan)A meritocratic, fast-paced, and high-learning environmentA committed, open, and energic founding teamLocation Milan (hybrid setup; we value in-person collaboration)We’re not looking for the perfect resume.
