Job descriptionThe Italian legal team, being part of the Group Legal Department is responsible for the support of the Italian legal entities of the ANDRITZ Group. The legal counsel Italy will be in direct contact with sales and management of various companies predominantly in Italy and serve their global businesses daily legal needs, foremost in the sales process and claims management. A great majority of work is conducted in English language or other foreign languages and is subject to foreign jurisdictions. There will be regular exchanges with the international legal team of Andritz.LocationWe are flexible as to the place of work and can in principle envisage to hire a legal counsel at any place of our Italian subsidiaries. Preference would be give to Schio (VI) and Lucca.Scope of workOur business is very international. You will concentrate on all aspects of domestic and international supply‑related contracts. You will work in a local core team of contract lawyers who serve as a cross‑function team for the Andritz business divisions in Italy with international markets, with direct report to Regional Compliance Officer & Senior Corporate Counsel for Italy. You will be negotiating complex project transactions, managing significant commercial disputes and litigation and will be supporting business people with robust risk assessments. The role will require international travel. The work will require a good understanding of business requirements and risks. Legal counsels at ANDRITZ typically act as a team member in our infrastructure and sales projects and will contribute to the risk assessment processes from a legal perspective. Our lawyers need to have a hands‑on approach, be flexible in their work attitude and in their approach to finding solutions within legal requirements in order to enabling business success while protecting the company.J-18808-Ljbffr#J-18808-Ljbffr
