Organize financial documentation for accountants and auditors. Assist with payments and maintain deadlines tracking. Monitor operating expenses and update tracking files. Support the preparation of simple financial reports. Qualifications Diploma or qualification in accounting/administration. knowledge of general accounting principles. Precision and confidentiality. Good knowledge of Excel or similar tools. Reliable, analytical mindset. Preferred Experience Experience in SMEs or startups in administrative/financial roles. Familiarity with ERP or accounting software.
