DescrizioneIl candidato per cui è previsto l’inserimento avrà la mansione di coordinamento e gestione tecnica di progetti inseriti all’interno della suddetta area.I Principali programmi in cui è previsto l’inserimento sono contratti in ambito Difesa con le seguenti caratteristiche:Ambiti operativi: telecomunicazione, informatica e cyber securityScenari operativi tipici: Data Center mirati alla fornitura di servizi e soluzioni applicative in ambito Cyber Security, allestimento Control & Situation Room, infrastrutture di rete geografiche criticheIl candidato dovrà svolgere attività su tutto il ciclo di vita del progetto assegnato (a partire dalla sua definizione), quali:Studio e valutazione delle specifiche tecniche ClienteAnalisi della documentazione preliminare (Analisi requisiti Cliente)Stima dei costi dell’infrastruttura in fase di OffertaRedazione di proposte ed offerte tecniche (supporto ad Ingegneria di Offerta)Pianificazione attività (da un punto di vista tecnico-operativo)Coordinamento tecnico durante tutto il ciclo di vita del progetto assegnatoInterfaccia tra funzioni tecniche aziendali e Project Manager durante tutta la durata del progettoInterfaccia verso il Cliente per la presentazione della soluzione tecnica adottata e per la definizione degli obiettivi da raggiungereSupervisione e Controllo delle ditte fornitriciProgettazione e coordinamento in fase di esecuzione di soluzioni architetturali semplici e complesseRedazione documentazione di progetto: SOW (Statement Of Work), HLD (High Level Design), LLD (Low Level Design), Progettazione Esecutiva e As Built, Norme di Collaudo (NVCA), etcDefinizione e coordinamento delle fasi di collaudo (interne e verso il Cliente finale)Sede: RomaAziendaChi siamo:

Titolo di studio: laurea in Ingegneria o in discipline tecniche o gestionali
Esperienze professionali maturate: per tale posizione, è richiesta una figura in grado di operare con un ruolo di tipo “Project Engineering Manager” (PEM) di natura Senior, in un contesto di progettazione e gestione tecnica per soluzioni infrastrutturali di natura Data Center & Cyber Security.

Competenze tecniche:
Conoscenza di sistemi TLC digitali, cablati e, ove possibile, wireless
Conoscenza approfondita di protocolli di comunicazione e fondamenti di networking
Conoscenza approfondita delle architetture di Data Center in ambito Network (switching, routing, load balancing, traffic shaping, etc), Network Security (NGFW, IPS/IDS, etc) e Cyber Security (SIEM, procedure, etc)
Competenze su tematiche inerenti il settore della Cyber Security
Conoscenze in termini architetturali in ambito applicativi
Conoscenza dei principali paradigmi architetturali (es. Client-Server, Web Application, microservizi, etc)
Conoscenza aspetti tecnici cablaggio strutturato
Conoscenza approfondita degli strumenti e degli applicativi MS finalizzati alla progettazione (es. MS Visio, MS Project, MS Excel, MS Power Point)
Conoscenze linguistiche: ottima conoscenza lingua inglese
Competenze comportamentali:
capacità di comunicazione e di relazione con il Cliente (interno ed esterno);
capacità organizzative e di coordinamento, con particolare riferimento alle risorse interne, i fornitori ed i partner di programma/progetto;
problem solving ed orientamento al risultato;
capacità di negoziazione
Leadership e capacità di coordinamento di teams;
