You’ll manage daily tasks, organise travel, assist with personal and business matters, and help create smooth and high‑quality experiences.What You’ll DoServe as the right hand to a high‑profile individual, managing daily tasks and personal requests with full autonomy.Craft bespoke luxury travel itineraries, curating unique experiences and ensuring effortless movement across global destinations.Deliver VIP‑level concierge and lifestyle management, handling everything from exclusive reservations to high‑touch experiences.Coordinate private events and engagements, ensuring every detail—the venue, the timing, the ambience—is impeccably executed.Conduct deep research and manage logistics for significant purchases, rare items, and special gifts.Collaborate with Executive Assistants and different teams across multiple time zones, maintaining a harmonious and efficient ecosystem.Handle sensitive personal and family matters with absolute confidentiality, flexibility, and grace.Why This Role Is Special?You will join a trusted family office known for high standards, privacy, and excellent service.
