Sky Italia è alla ricerca di una risorsa da inserire in stage nel team di Customer Marketing , con l’obiettivo di supportare le attività strategiche e operative legate alla gestione della customer base Sky. Attività principali Analisi e monitoraggio delle performance commerciali: monitoring settimanale dei principali KPI relativi alle attività di upselling dei pacchetti Sky e di upgrade tecnologico su tutti i canali di vendita. Reporting e insight: elaborazione e aggiornamento di report e presentazioni per avanzare trend, risultati e opportunità, a supporto delle decisioni del top management. Supporto alla strategia dei canali di vendita: collaborazione cross-team, in particolare con i canali Inbound e Retail , per la condivisione di insight e best practice utili a ottimizzare le performance. Contributo allo sviluppo di materiali operativi: supporto nella creazione di linee guida e documentazione a supporto della gestione dei clienti da parte dei canali di vendita. Gestione operativa della strategia commerciale: coordinamento con il team Campaign per la pianificazione e gestione delle campagne che definiscono le offerte sui diversi cluster di clienti. Requisiti Laurea in Economia /Marketing Mentalità analitica , precisione e orientamento ai risultati Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office , in particolare Excel e PowerPoint Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese Durata: 6 mesi Modalità: Ibrida Sede: Milano Rogoredo
