Do Work That Matters – Your role and responsibilities Rethink the operating models of key business functions (Finance, HR, Procurement, Supply Chain) through organizational and operational levers to implement models that improve business performance in alignment with business strategies. Support organizational redesign and process re‑engineering initiatives through change‑management pathways, providing levers to address change and unlocking its full potential as part of the business transformation. Evaluate the impacts and expected benefits of implemented initiatives, monitor pre‑ and post‑transformative performance, and initiate targeted plans to close identified gaps. Skills – Come As You Are – Your skills and characteristics Master’s degree in Management, Business Administration or Management Engineering. Organizational and teamwork skills with attention to detail, including the ability to prioritize and manage various complex tasks and activities. Excellent knowledge of the MS Office package. Excellent knowledge of English, ideally with study and/or work experience abroad.
