The Role As Director of Hospitality Operations , you will lead Guild Living’s operational performance across Italy, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, operational efficiency, and financial excellence. This is a hands-on executive leadership role, ideal for a Director of Operations, Hotel General Manager, or Hospitality Leader with experience in managing multi-site or mixed-use wellness and lifestyle destinations. Key Responsibilities Provide strategic and operational leadership across Guild Living’s Italian communities, ensuring brand consistency, profitability, and service excellence. Oversee daily operations across luxury short-stay retreats and residential living communities. Lead and develop high-performing teams, fostering a culture of accountability, guest focus, and operational excellence. Design and implement systems, SOPs, and service standards to ensure scalability and consistency. Manage P&L performance, budgets, and KPIs, reporting directly to the Guild Living Global Board. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders — investors, local authorities, partners, and collaborators. Support pre-opening planning, recruitment, and on-site launch execution for new destinations. Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, design, and development teams to align guest experience, wellness programs, and brand storytelling. About You You are an experienced Hospitality Director , Cluster General Manager , or Operations Executive  with a proven track record in luxury hotels, resorts, senior living, or wellness hospitality.
