We are looking for an engineer to join our Formwork and Shoring international team to work under the responsibility of the Head of Infrastructure Engineering.ResponsibilitiesTemporary Works design for Infrastructure projectsManagement of all aspects of Temporary Works (Formwork and Falsework)Develop original and creative temporary works solutions, thinking outside the box to address unique project challenges while maintaining safety, functionality, and cost-effectivenessCalculations of steel structures or single parts in accordance with EurocodesUtilize structural analysis software to perform structural calculations for temporary works and validate the stability, safety, and feasibility of designsProduce detailed structural calculations, drawings, and documentation for temporary works, ensuring all designs comply with applicable codes and regulationsProduction of method statements, assembly and dismantling proceduresWork within BIM environment, utilizing BIM software for the coordination of temporary works, ensuring continuous collaboration with other disciplinesResponsible for generating accurate material lists and closely tracking project costs to ensure adherence to the budgetWork closely with clients, site engineers, project managers, and construction teams to ensure temporary works are implemented efficiently and safely on-siteTravel to jobsites to participate in meetings and carry out site inspectionsProvide engineering support to resolve any design or on-site issues related to temporary works, including troubleshooting and offering practical solutionsContinuously gather different type of information from internal and external stakeholders to produce best practices and react to the project and customer needsRequest and evaluate tenders and offers for custom steel structures in cooperation with the Supply Chain ManagementAssist the Sales teams on client meetings, with presentations and technical supportQualificationsGraduation in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering5+ years proven experience in Temporary Works design, preferably in the infrastructure sectorExperienced in using AutoCADProficient in structural design and analysis software packagesExperience working in a BIM environment and utilizing BIM toolsExperience with a leading F&S company is a plusCapability to perform 3D modeling is a plusStrong analytical and problem‑solving skillsGood communication skills – verbal and writtenWell versed in the Microsoft Office applicationsProactive / takes initiativeMoves quickly and effectivelyAbility to prioritise & meet deadlinesCustomer‑Oriented with a strong commitment to service excellenceFluent in both spoken and written EnglishSeniority levelMid‑Senior levelEmployment typeFull‑timeIndustryConstruction#J-18808-Ljbffr
