Working in the Local Procurement Team to buy several kinds of equipment and materials as per projects requirements in a challenging environment in which to ensure the financial success of projects and select suppliers with a high degree of reliability and cutting-edge technology. Interaction with other subsidiaries to explore emerging markets and update company Vendor List.

You consider projects demands and place purchase orders accordingly , ensuring alignment with approved requisitions and project requirements;
# You are responsible for the inquiry process, negotiate pricing, delivery terms, Incoterms, payment terms, commercial terms and conditions within defined authority limits;
# You collaborate and coordinate closely with Engineering, Project Management, Quality, Service and Logistics to ensure seamless execution;
# You support monitoring of supplier performance, including delivery reliability, responsiveness and commercial behavior;
# You have around 8 years of professional experience in the area of purchasing, ideally in purchasing equipment and materials for Engineering Companies;
Due to the international nature of our project and supplier base, you have very good written and spoken English and Italian (at least level B2);
You have proven experience and willingness to work in an international environment and with global teams;
You have a solid knowledge of the common MS Office applications, as well as experience in working with ERP system like SAP or MS Dynamics.

Annual Gross Salary range 40k-50k euro (paid over 14 monthly installments)
