The successful candidate will support project managers on consulting projects for leading financial intermediaries. MAIN REQUIREMENTS As a Junior Consultant , you will play a comprehensive role at the intersection of consulting, business design and digitalization: Support project governance and PMO activities , contributing to the planning, monitoring and coordination of project streams. Prepare and deliver presentations , documentation and analysis to support decision-making and client engagement. Collaborate with business and technology teams to design innovative solutions that enhance clients’ business models and support the strategic growth of their Wealth Management services. Contribute to Wealth Management processes, supporting their effectiveness and alignment with business and digital initiatives. Be part of the evolution of digital solutions, helping translate business needs into innovative improvements for Wealth Management services. This position offers the opportunity to grow in complex projects, combining strategy, business process innovation and digital transformation, in an environment that continuously invests in people. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Master’s degree in Economics / Finance, Management Engineering, Statistics or related fields. Strong interest in the Wealth Management and financial services sector, with passion for technology and its applications in finance. Previous experience (even short) in consulting firms, banks, asset/wealth management or insurance companies, preferably in roles related to digital transformation or business development. Excellent command of English; knowledge of a second foreign language is appreciated. SOFT SKILLS Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Communication and organizational abilities. Teamworking and time management. Curiosity, adaptability and a proactive attitude towards continuous learning.
