The European organization plays a strategic role, serving a highly demanding and sophisticated market.To support its growth, we are looking for a highly technical and customer-oriented professional who can bridge engineering, product management, and the end customer.As Application Engineer – Europe, you will be the central link between:- Engineering teams at global headquarters- The European R&D Center- European product management and marketing- Dealer network and end customersYour mission is to engineer optimal machine–attachment solutions that solve customer challenges, enhance machine versatility, and support sales growth across Europe.Key Responsibilities- Analyze customer application requirements (demolition, recycling, landscaping, material handling, etc.) and recommend the best machine–attachment combinations.- Perform hydraulic system calculations (flow, pressure, peak power) to ensure compatibility with various attachments (breakers, grapples, augers, tilt rotators, etc.).- Create and manage technical documentation: hydraulic interface specifications, mounting bracket concepts (in collaboration with design teams), installation guidelines.- Lead validation and testing of machine–attachment combinations, ensuring performance, safety and reliability meet European regulations and customer expectations.- Act as the highest-level technical reference for the European dealer network and key end-users on attachment integration, troubleshooting and optimization.- Develop and deliver technical training programs for internal sales teams and dealer sales/service personnel.- Provide on-site support for complex installations and critical field issues when required.- Represent the “Voice of the European Customer” within Product Management and R&D during the product development process.- Research and analyze European market trends, competitor solutions and emerging attachment technologies.- Provide structured feedback and requirements to influence future hydraulic system design and control software (e.g. programmable flow settings) for excavators, wheel loaders and skid steer loaders.- Support the sales team on key
