Find out how to join Catenate team Role Description Design and develop autonomous AI agent systems that can perform complex tasks with minimal human intervention Coordinate with business teams to identify opportunities for agentic AI implementation and integration with existing systems Architect multi-agent systems that can collaborate, communicate, and coordinate to achieve business objectives Develop and implement AI workflows using agent orchestration frameworks and tools Design prompt engineering strategies and fine‑tuning approaches for large language models in agent contexts Build robust error handling, monitoring, and feedback systems for autonomous AI agents Collaborate with development teams to integrate agentic AI solutions into production environments Research and experiment with cutting‑edge AI agent technologies and methodologies Ensure AI systems operate within ethical guidelines and safety parameters Optimize agent performance, reliability, and cost‑effectiveness in production environments Skills Required Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in Computer Science, AI / ML, Data Science, or equivalent 3-5 years experience in AI / ML engineering, preferably with autonomous systems or agent-based solutions Advanced knowledge of Large Language Model APIs and services (OpenAI GPT, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, Azure OpenAI) Proficiency with agentic AI frameworks such as LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar agent orchestration platforms Strong programming skills in Python, with experience in AI / ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit‑learn) Knowledge of cloud AI services and platforms (Azure AI Services, AWS Bedrock, Google Cloud AI) Experience with vector databases and retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG) systems (Pinecone, Weaviate, ChromaDB) Understanding of MLOps practices and tools for AI model deployment and monitoring Knowledge of prompt engineering, fine‑tuning, and model optimization techniques Experience with API development and microservices architecture for AI systems Familiarity with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) for AI workloads The profile is completed by Excellent knowledge of Italian, both written and spoken Excellent knowledge of English, both written and spoken Excellent work and time management skills Analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to AI safety and ethics Strategic vision and ability to understand how AI agent solutions fit into overall business strategy Strong communication skills to explain complex AI concepts to non‑technical stakeholders Continuous learning mindset to stay current with rapidly evolving AI technologies WE OFFER Permanent contract and competitive salary Remote work and flexible working hours Health insurance Internal referral program Training and certifications in latest AI / ML technologies Conference attendance and continuous learning opportunities Exciting regular team events and celebrations Convenient office location with access to public transport La ricerca è rivolta a candidature di entrambi i sessi (L. 903 / 77) È necessaria l’Autorizzazione al trattamento dei dati personali tramite l’inserimento nel cv della seguente dicitura : Autorizzo il trattamento dei dati personali contenuti nel mio curriculum vitae in base al’art. 13 del D.
