Are you ready to turn data, numbers, and vendor relationships into real business impact? Partner with the best We are looking for a Procurement Analyst (Rebate specialist) to support the management and optimization of rebate processes. This role involves calculating quarterly rebates, coordinating with vendors, managing claims, and ensuring accurate reporting and reconciliation with the Accounts Payable (AP) team. The ideal candidate will also contribute to improving current rebate and credit collection processes. Key Responsibilities Support quarterly rebate calculations and notify vendors of rebate details. Manage vendor claims and ensure timely resolution. Partner with the AP team for reporting and reconciliation, including quarterly accrual bookings. Collect credit notes, reconcile with AP, and follow up with vendors. Prepare reports and coordinate with the Finance team for accurate documentation. Identify and implement improvements in rebate and credit collection processes. Required Qualifications Master’s degree in Economics or related field. Strong oral and written communication skills in English. Accounting knowledge. Mandatory proficiency in Excel. High energy, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
