The selected candidate will be responsible for leading the Food & Beverage department, ensuring operational excellence, team engagement, and guest satisfaction through strategic planning and daily supervision.Responsibilities:- Define and implement the master operational plan based on occupancy forecasts and group pricing- Lead daily afternoon briefings with department heads to align on service priorities and challenges- Foster a culture of belonging and motivation aligned with Mangia’s service philosophy- Ensure seamless interdepartmental communication to support operational flow- Supervise daily F&B operations, including staffing, cleanliness, and service standards- Monitor guest experience and satisfaction across all touchpoints- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team performance and service delivery- Initiate improvement projects to elevate quality and efficiency- Manage cost control activities including budgeting, forecasting, and expense tracking- Submit reports and performance updates to senior management- Oversee inventory, equipment maintenance, and compliance with health and safety regulations- Implement upselling strategies and pricing policies to optimize revenue- Ensure documentation and licensing are up to date and aligned with internal processesRequirements:- Proven experience in F&B management within upscale or luxury hospitality environments- Strong leadership and organizational skills- Ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive performance- Knowledge of budgeting, cost control, and inventory systems- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities- Fluency in Italian and English; French is a plus- Passion for service excellence and continuous improvementWhat we offer:- Type of contract annual, seasonal- Accommodation available- Meals provided- Career growth opportunities within the company- Dynamic and collaborative work environment- Ongoing training and access to professional development courses.
