In this role, you will be a key player in managing the flow of goods from our factories to the local warehouse, ensuring excellent service to our customers while optimizing inventory levels. Activities & Responsibilities Coordinating production and delivery plans from 5 factories across Europe Maintaining and developing our SAP planning software as Key User, ensuring correct usage within the Italian planning team Monitoring and optimizing inventory levels across the network Ensuring effective communication with factory planning teams Securing stock availability for customer orders Balancing cost, cash, and service based on company priorities Coordinating information for new launches, delisting, and slow movers Driving innovation towards sustainability, efficiency, and cost management Boosting cooperation and process alignment across countries Qualifications We need someone with strong analytical skills and a problem-solving attitude, detail-driven and structured. Flexibility and agility are essential to manage unexpected challenges.
