We’re the first European leader in digital accessibility, and we’re looking for a motivatedAccessibility Expertto join our team.Who We’re Looking For We are looking for anAccessibility Expertwith a deep understanding of digital accessibility, ready to lead and support high-impact projects for both public and private clients. This role plays a key part in ensuring that digital products, services, and content areaccessible, inclusive, and compliantwith international standards.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct accessibilityaudits and evaluationson websites, mobile apps, software platforms, and digital documents.Preparetechnical reportsbased on WCAG 2.1/2.2, EN 301 549, and other relevant guidelines.Collaborate withdevelopment, design, and product teamsto implement inclusive best practices.Support clients in achievingregulatory compliance(e.g., AGID, ADA, Section 508).Delivertraining, coaching, and awareness sessionsfor both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Stay up to date onlegislation, assistive technologies, and accessibility trends .Potentially participate intenders, EU projects, policy advisory initiatives , or applied research activities.Skills and ExperienceProven experience in the field ofdigital accessibility .Advanced knowledge ofWCAG, ARIA, semantic HTML , and assistive technologies (e.g., screen readers, alternative input devices).Familiarity withtesting toolssuch as Axe, WAVE, Lighthouse, NVDA, JAWS, and VoiceOver.Ability to interpret and communicateEuropean and international accessibility regulations .Strongcommunication and client managementskills.Experience workingcross-functionallywithin multidisciplinary teams.Certifications such asCPACC, WAS, or CPWAare preferred but not mandatory.Fluent Englishis required;German and Frenchare considered a plus.What We OfferMeaningful projects with a tangiblesocial impact .A team ofexperienced and passionate professionalsin accessibility and inclusion.Aflexible, collaborative environmentfocused on continuous growth.Ongoing trainingand opportunities for professional certification.#J-18808-Ljbffr
